And... one more email from me today, once again, dear faculty,
lecturers, staff and graduate students,

The School of Social Sciences will be holding two workshops next week on
Wednesday and Thursday, March 18 & 19, noon-1:30 p.m. in SBSG 1517 on
strategies for transitioning to remote instruction. The workshop will
feature a panel of experts including some of our faculty and Janet
Divincenzo, instructional designer with the Division of Teaching
Excellence and Innovation. We’ll also be broadcasting via Zoom at
https://zoom.us/j/9498248211. Also, for the spring quarter, we will be
setting up several “floater rooms” that will allow faculty to deliver
their lectures in a room set up for teaching remotely, to broadcast live
and/or record for asynchronous viewing. Stay tuned for further details.
